Is ExcelDrills still free?
Yes. The free exercises, hints, worked examples and progress tracking stay free. Premium adds extra content and features.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Premium is attached to your ExcelDrills account so it follows you across devices. If you are not signed in, we ask you to sign in or create an account first, then bring you back to your chosen plan.
Is there a free trial or a discount code?
No. The three plans are the only options.
How do I cancel?
Open Account and choose Manage billing. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment. Premium stays on for a short grace period; update your payment method under Manage billing to keep it.
What does Lifetime mean?
One payment, no renewals, access for as long as ExcelDrills Premium is offered, as described in the terms above.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are taken by Stripe, through its Link service, on Stripe's own page. ExcelDrills never sees or stores your card number.
Which currency is used, and what about taxes?
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. At checkout, Stripe adds the tax that applies to your billing address and may also show the amount in your local currency. You see the total before you confirm.
Is the certificate a Microsoft certification?
No. It is a certificate of completion issued by ExcelDrills, and it is planned, not available yet.
